John E. Bagwell, III, of Bagwell & Associates in Atlanta, GA, received his undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University and his J.D. from the University of Denver. In law school, John graduated first in his class and served as Managing Editor of the Denver University Law Review.  Before founding Bagwell & Associates in 2005, John was an attorney in the corporate and real estate departments of Arnold & Porter, and Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy, where he advised clients on issues concerning the choice of entity, corporate governance, public and private financing, and real estate. John adds significant transactional experience to the firm and is actively involved in developing and extending the range of services offered to its investor, lender, and agent customers. John is a member of the Georgia Bar and focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, and business law.
